AI Product Builder, Abnormal AI

• Strong product intuition paired with technical depth in modern AI capabilities, LLMs, and agentic workflows
• Ability to independently go from problem definition → prototype → production deployment
• Demonstrated success solving ambiguous operational problems in fast-moving environments
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating operational needs into scalable AI solutions
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing self-directed AI projects or tooling
• Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
• Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship
• Prior experience in product management or software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled products
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort using AI-assisted development tools
• Clear communicator capable of influencing senior and executive stakeholders

Desirable

• The AI Product Builder owns the development of internal GTM solutions, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within a dedicated go-to-market function. This role requires a unique blend of product thinking, user empathy, technical AI understanding, and hands-on execution capability
• You'll translate AI Transformation vision and internal stakeholder feedback into a concrete roadmap, define requirements for AI-native solutions, leverage AI developer tools to rapidly iterate on solutions, and scope horizontal capabilities that can accelerate the development or quality of future AI projects
• Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific GTM function, defining a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact
• Build and ship AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions, creating reusable components that accelerate future AI development
• Deliver production-grade automations that fundamentally reshape how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate
• Communicate progress, business impact, and demos directly to executive leadership
