- Experience in Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: 3+ years of experience managing influencer or affiliate partnerships, ideally within fintech, family-focused brands, or a growth-oriented environment
- Relationship-Builder: You have a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners. You’re a natural networker with excellent people skills
- Strategic Mindset: You understand the impact of partnerships on brand growth and have experience designing strategies that align with company goals
- Analytical and Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with performance metrics and tracking tools to assess and optimize the impact of partnerships
- Strong Negotiation Skills: You’re confident in negotiating terms and managing contracts that meet the needs of both Stockpile and our partners

What the job involves
- Our mission is to build strong financial habits from a young age, making banking engaging and educational
- As the Partnerships Manager focused on Influencers and Affiliates, you’ll be Stockpile’s relationship-builder, connecting us with influencers, affiliates, and other partners who align with our mission
- You’ll create partnerships that extend our reach, drive product adoption, and help make Stockpile a household name for family banking
- Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Build a network of influencers, affiliates, and potential partners in the family, fintech, and education spaces. You’ll select partners who align with our brand values and can effectively communicate Stockpile’s mission to their audiences
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Lead the creation of influencer and affiliate programs from the ground up. You’ll design campaigns, set targets, and ensure partnerships drive measurable outcomes for Stockpile
- Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Oversee the negotiation and management of partnership contracts, ensuring terms align with Stockpile’s goals while building mutually beneficial relationships
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaborations: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership strategies with Stockpile’s broader goals. You’ll ensure partnerships support key initiatives and product launches
- Monitor Performance and Optimize: Track and analyze the performance of each partnership to measure ROI. You’ll use data to refine strategies, making adjustments to maximize engagement, conversions, and retention
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media to ensure Stockpile’s partnerships remain competitive and impactful
- Be a Key Player: You’ll lead partnership efforts that are central to Stockpile’s growth strategy, making a real impact on our success
Our take
An increase in access to mobile investment applications has provided opportunities for young people to invest in their future, but beginning this process and finding funds to do so can be intimidating. This is due to monthly fees, minimum investment values, and the limitation of purchasing whole shares in a company often repelling users due to unaffordability.
Stockpile provides a mobile brokerage platform that focuses on facilitating the purchasing of fractional shares without the limitations and monthly fees of traditional brokers. Custodial accounts can also be made to introduce children to investment, and beginner tutorials are provided to make the first steps to investment less intimidating.
Whilst several other investment platforms are aiming to tackle the financial obstacles of beginner investment through facilitating fractional shares, Stockpile has taken further steps by making the introduction to investing easier, friendlier, and more understandable.
