Full Stack Software Tech Lead, Collaborative Robots

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in a full stack
• Familiarity with 3D reconstruction techniques and 3D data formats (point clouds, meshes) and visualization requirements
• Strong backend development experience
• Experience building APIs and data infrastructure for real-time or high-volume data systems
• Some front end experience (e.g. React, Three.js, WebGL) for integration/debugging
• Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or testing, as needed
• Must have and maintain US work authorization

• Drive the end-to-end design and architecture for Cobot’s ScoutMap product
• Design the full-stack architecture and customer provisioning approach to Cobot Vista
• Design and develop data processing pipelines and connectors to support these two products
• Contribute to backend systems as needed to support end-to-end product functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, product, and design to define and build scalable solutions
• Debug and troubleshoot across the stack to resolve technical challenges and ensure a reliable user experience
• Operate in a startup environment—balancing speed and scrappiness with technical rigor
