Who you are
- 1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a high-growth, diverse organization
- Experience using an ATS
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and ramping up quickly with available support
- Experience improving recruiting operations
- Passion for continuous learning and growth in recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization

What the job involves
- Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company
- In this role, you will own interview coordination and candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure seamless, high-quality hiring processes
- You will also contribute to recruiting operations initiatives that improve efficiency and scale our recruiting practices
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring calendars are accurate and up-to-date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support
- Maintain accurate interview plans and candidate data in Ashby ATS
- Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members, providing quick and thoughtful solutions
- Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve processes and drive recruiting efficiency
- Support projects aimed at enhancing candidate engagement and strengthening our inclusive hiring practices
