Who you are
- Hold a law degree from an accredited institution, with additional qualifications or certifications in IP or data law being a plus
- Bring 2–4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, with a focus on technology, IP, or data protection law. Experience in start ups is a plus
- Demonstrate expertise in navigating GDPR, copyright laws, and AI governance frameworks
- Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, their legal implications, and governance challenges
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in legal drafting
- Communicate fluently in English (additional languages are a plus) and effectively manage diverse stakeholders
- Embrace a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to complex legal issues
- Show curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning in the evolving fields of technology and law

- As a Legal Counsel focused on IP/Data Law and AI Governance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the legal frameworks that drive our use of cutting-edge AI technologies
- Join our team and contribute to commercial application of this technology while collaborating across borders and functions in a dynamic multinational company
- Identify opportunities in this emerging area of law
- Advise on intellectual property matters, as well as use of AI-driven innovations and technologies
- Define legal guardrails on data protection, privacy regulations, and their impact on AI systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement AI governance policies aligned with global legal standards
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to data sharing, licensing, and IP rights for AI initiatives
- Stay ahead of emerging laws and best practices in AI and data governance, translating them into actionable strategies
