Who you are
- 2 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree
Desirable
- 4+ years of professional finance experience in Construction finance, with a background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with phenomenal attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Be a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Build effective business partnerships and be an excellent collaborator
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong financial modeling skills; Experience with Tableau and SQL strongly preferred
- Experience with enterprise software systems and databases (i.e, SAP, Essbase, BPC)
- Fundamental understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- MBA and CPA a plus

- Real Estate & Development (RE&D) Finance is looking for an intellectually curious, self-starter that is highly motivated to support construction activities around the world
- This role is an integral partner to the RE&D team, supporting business activities and analyzing cost drivers and savings opportunities for construction projects
- Our business partners are driven to seamlessly deliver remarkably phenomenal Apple experiences, and we support them in accomplishing that
- Join us, and you’ll have a meaningful role in continuing Apple’s legacy of efficiency and success
- Create and analyze financial reporting for capital projects to ensure accuracy, insight and cost saving controls
- Execute annual budgeting and drive quarterly actuals/forecasting activities
- Analyze vendor health and provide mitigation recommendations
- Support and drive improvements to our current business processes
- Develop and innovate executive reporting and simplify and streamline existing reporting
- Partner with many cross-functional and global business partners including Real Estate & Development, Technical Accounting, Legal, Tax and Global Business Solutions
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
