B2B Marketing Manager, Yaspa

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a fintech or fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven experience owning and scaling email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of key tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot and WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills tailored to digital channels.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Desirable

• Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns and regular newsletters to existing customers and prospects.
• Own segmentation and automation strategies using our CRM and email tools (HubSpot).
• Continually test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content to optimise performance.
• Monitor and report on key metrics: open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
• Plan, create, and schedule organic and paid social content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
• Drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and community engagement through social storytelling.
• Track performance and use analytics to inform content and targeting decisions.
• Build a plan for PPC and digital referrer sites to help Yaspa deliver on its GTM strategy; managing and optimising any paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Own SEO keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategies, and A/B testing.
• To be the guardian and champion of the website: keeping content, messaging and assets relevant to our audience and campaigns.
