What the job involves

As part of the overall Investment Stewardship Product team, the Governance Research Solutions team develops and manages the line of products leveraged for proxy-voting and investor engagement activities
The team also oversees the integration of Sustainability data into proxy-voting policies and offering
We are looking to hire a Product Manager to support ongoing product management and the development of new enhancements and solutions for our Governance Research product line
The position reports to the Governance Research product lead
Support product development and enhancement efforts for selected ISS Governance Research offering
Develop prototypes for client-facing platform tools for voting policy construction and customisation
Support the integration of Sustainability data into Stewardship and Proxy-voting content and offering
Solicit internal and external stakeholder feedback to inform product roadmap and new product development
Maintain product backlog and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Write detailed product requirement documents and functional specifications
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure successful launch planning and execution
