Who you are

You experiment with AI to speed up your discovery process
4+ years product experience with B2B SaaS
Worked in B2B SaaS, High growth setting
Deep systems thinking - you see patterns, create frameworks, and design for scale
Experience working with mature design systems - you can extend and evolve existing component libraries without reinventing the wheel
Hands-on agile experience - you have run sprints, written stories, and shipped software in <2-week cycles
Enterprise UX fluency - you understand table stakes like permissions, audit trails, bulk operations, and complex data hierarchies

What the job involves

Design leadership (60%): Sole designer, evolve our mature design system and component library, design complex enterprise workflows, partner with our engineers
Product Owner (25%): Work with Head of Product (Co-Founder, COO) to translate customer needs and strategic vision to executable functionality. Write user stories, ACs, maintain healthy backlog.
Delivery Leadership (15%): Run agile ceremonies, keep the team unblocked

KEY ESG’s SaaS platform has been built with a focus on the business user and is intended to be intuitive, tailored, easy to use and continuously updated through a cloud-based system.
