What the job involves
- We are looking for a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to join our brilliant Product team!
- Product Managers at PulsePoint relentlessly pursue increased adoption of our platforms by listening to user feedback and ideating new ways to help clients achieve their goals
- They constantly monitor both market feedback and product usage to better understand how our clients use the platform today and where we can evolve to capture new opportunities
- The Technical Product Manager, Integrations will help us expand all of PulsePoint’s offerings under one new unified Platform, taking it beyond its capabilities and pushing the boundaries of our unified omnichannel toolkit
- This product manager will have two main goals. 1) lead integrations from a product standpoint with various 3rd party partners and 2) lead technical projects with key clients to further integrate PulsePoint with their tech stack and specific needs
- PulsePoint has already built the industry's leading health marketing platform, and now we’ve merged with WebMD/Medscape, creating even more opportunities to disrupt the landscape
- And with the pending cookie cliff, you want to be part of a platform that has its own first-party data, not just licensing cookie pools from other people

- Innovate and ideate with a constant focus on building new data-driven products that drive a sustained and competitive differentiation for PulsePoint in the market
- Articulate the vision in a compelling business case
- Translate business strategy into the product roadmap, making critical decisions about what features to build and what order to build them in
- Collaborate and communicate with various technical and business teams to launch seamlessly, collecting feedback from other teams & clients and integrating that feedback back into the roadmap
- And finally work with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling positioning, value proposition and selling tools
- An excellent Product Manager at PulsePoint is one that keeps in mind the long-term vision of the product while driving short term results, has the customer intuition to get there, and has the authority/integrity to lead the team along the way – very much a mini CEO when it’s done right
- Work with Account Management/Platform Solutions/Campaign Management teams to collect user feedback
- Work with clients and partners to understand their specific needs and how they fit into the PulsePoint Platform
- Work with UX/Product Development team to design and build new features
- Write and manage user stories for engineers
- Work with Marketing/Sales/Operations to bring your projects to market and drive adoption
- Drive platform adoption and evolution
- Fully lead projects from start to finish
- Gain trust of key business stakeholders
- Retention rate of clients
- New feature adoption
- Successful planning and execution of projects across multiple business units

PulsePoint is a healthcare tech provider that uses real-time data to provide insight into patients. It uses machine learning and programmatic automation to better understand this data, enabling clinical diagnoses and solutions to be delivered more quickly and accurately.
With its range of analytics solutions, PulsePoint aims to improve predictive aspects of healthcare. The company recently launched its Signal technology, which draws together a range of physician-to-patient data, enabling healthcare organizations to cross-reference with their own information to gain fresh insight.
The global Big Data market for healthcare is expected to be worth $78 billion by 2027, according to an analysis by Emergen Research, and PulsePoint is setting out to be a big part of this growing sector. Having been acquired by Internet Brands in 2021 but remaining an independently run entity, it will benefit greatly from the expertise and market reach of its parent company and their portfolio of health media companies, including WebMD and Medscape.
