What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to come and work on the most unique utilities proposition in the UK
This role will be directly responsible for making sure our multiservice discounts and benefits are providing our customers with great value and encouraging them to take more services from us
This person will also work closely with the Product Managers and Commercial Leads for each of our individual services and make sure that our overall value proposition for our multiservice customers is market leading
Using your passion for Utilities to keep up with the latest customer trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for UW
Being the go to source for market intelligence and our competitive position across our 4 services
Owning the key messages of our proposition and working with our Marketing teams to ensure they are compelling and effective in driving customer action
Working with the Product and Product marketing teams to define the key messages for new feature launches
Working closely with our commercial teams to ensure our multiservice discounts and benefits are driving the right customer and commercial outcomes
Defining new multiservice propositions and working closely with the Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to test and develop them
Working closely with our Partner, Sales and Growth marketing teams to build a picture of customer feedback on our proposition and the opportunities to improve it
