Who you are
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Clear examples of partnering with AEs to run deal cycles with enterprise customers
- A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections and positioning business value
What the job involves
- Sales Engineers drive revenue by partnering closely with potential customers and ensuring they’re successful with Hebbia. Building successful relationships with our customers is a key component of this role. You’ll leverage your experience to drive credibility and advise on how best to evaluate Hebbia with customers.
- Our revenue and business goals this year are aggressive, and we need the right team to help turn prospects into lasting Hebbia customers and advocates
- Partner with all GTM functions to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives
- Create and demo custom environments based off of customer industry and line of business
- Run and manage a technical POC cycle
- Perform customer facing activities including technical discovery calls
- Work cross functionally with product and engineering to deliver customer request and be a voice of the customer

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.
The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.
Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
