Who you are
- Your expertise in Figma, design systems, and responsive design will play a pivotal role as we strive for excellence in user interface and experience
- This position is perfect for those who are keen to dive deep into UI design, armed with a solid understanding of UX principles and best practices
- We’re on the lookout for someone who’s genuinely excited to understand our users, their behaviors, and needs, as well as keeping an eye on the market and our competitors
- Your obsession with pixel-perfect design and meticulous organization of Figma components will be highly valued
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio showcasing project that go through the whole design process, with strong UI design skills, design system projects, and proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of UX principles and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in the design process
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
- Legal knowledge is a plus but not necessary
What the job involves

- Join our team as a Product Designer, where your passion for UI and UX design will shape the future of our products
- As part of our collaborative team, you’ll work closely with another product designer, graphic designer, legal experts, software engineers, and various stakeholders
- Together, we’ll craft innovative solutions that simplify legal research, making a real difference in our field
- Your mission will be to create cohesive, visually stunning user interfaces that ensure a seamless, consistent, and user-friendly experience across all platforms
- User-Centric Design: Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for legal software applications, considering the unique needs and workflows of legal professionals and clients
- UI Design: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into consistent, intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, using our already made components in design system, while also adding new components that align with our brand and design principles
- Design System Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to streamline the design process, ensure consistency across products, and facilitate scalability. We use atomic design system and will be starting the integration to storybook soon
- Data-driven design: use data and our analytics tools to make design decisions
- Figma Proficiency: Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate with team members through shared libraries and version control features
- UX Knowledge: Apply knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices to contribute to the overall user experience strategy, including user research, user flows, and interaction design. User research experience is a plus, but not necessary. Interest in learning about it and understanding our users is necessary
- Accessibility: Incorporate accessibility best practices into product designs to ensure that solutions are usable and inclusive for users with diverse abilities
- Usability Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that products meet the needs and preferences of end users
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand project requirements, iterate on design solutions, and deliver high-quality results on schedule
