Director of Account Management, Pendo

• Prior Sales management and leadership experience

• Possess a solid understanding of SaaS metrics
• Previously owned and forecasted a number
• Managed sales teams in size from 5 to 10 people
• Willingness to learn in a high paced sales environment
• Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
• The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations

Desirable

• As Director, you will be responsible for running a team of Account Managers
• As the front line leader of the team, you are responsible for the collective revenue target of the team
• You will hire, grow, and develop AM talent, assist with contract and pricing negotiations, and represent Pendo in executive presentations
• You will be responsible for accurately forecasting for the team, to be delivered weekly to the AVP of Account Management, which will then be delivered to the SVP of Global Commercial Sales
• As Director, you are accountable for creating and executing a plan to hit your revenue goals
• With the full support of the company, you are expected to consistently deliver on your revenue goals

• Project and forecast bookings for your team
• Build and execute strategic plan for your team

• Learn and demonstrate the Pendo platform to existing customers

• Coach new sales reps in all aspects of the sales process (disco, demo, trial, pricing, etc)
• Assist in recruiting and hiring
• Successfully utilize and train on sales tech tools
