2–3 years full-cycle recruiting in tech/SaaS; experience across GTM + Engineering strongly preferred
Comfortable flexing across multiple functions, priorities, and hiring managers
Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn, Github, outbound outreach)
Experience building structured interview plans and guiding hiring managers through a consistent, effective hiring process

What the job involves

We’re growing quickly and need a flexible recruiter who can support both GTM and Engineering pipelines, leaning where the business needs it most
We’re not just building an app—we’re building unstoppable teams
Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM (AE, CSR, Marketing, Success) and Engineering (Full-stack, Infra, Product, Data) roles
Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, write JDs, and design interview plans
Source, screen, and guide candidates through a structured, brand-forward experience
Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and hiring manager syncs with velocity
Flex capacity based on business need (e.g., prioritize CSR class builds in HTX; focus on Eng reqs in Toronto hub)
Drive ATS hygiene and reporting (Ashby) to keep leadership aligned on pipeline health
Be an ambassador for The Homie Way in every candidate interaction

Homebase provide employees and businesses with time tracking applications, with a range of other HR functionality built in. Homebase automates the process of managing employee scheduling, and also helps companies improve internal communications.

The company contributes to the reduction of paperwork in an office by turning an array of devices into time clocks that track hours and overtime, while also providing payroll support. This makes it easier for companies to remain in sync, running a more efficient operation as a result.

Given that Homebase's customer base of small businesses is not able to pay a lot for its product, scale is the key driver in the company's future success. With over 100,000 customers already, its significant venture capital backing will ensure that the company will be able to grow (notably it's investing in Canadian talent) to provide its services on a profitable scale.
