• Our Customer Operations Team plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers - from onboarding new merchants to supporting them throughout their journey with us
• As a bilingual Customer Operations Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of our fast-paced, international team, working to ensure a smooth and seamless process for our customers
• Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting via phone, email, and live chat
• Solve payment and account queries, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Use your bilingual skills to support German-speaking customers
• Gather customer feedback and work with other teams to improve processes
• Use leading tools like Salesforce CRM and Zendesk to manage customer interactions
