Who you are
- Proven experience in product management in a fast-paced SaaS or e-commerce company
- Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies and design thinking
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of designers, engineers and sales
- A track record of launching products that people love and lead to great business results
- Exceptional communication skills on both technical and non-technical levels
- Ability to work collaboratively across the product team with a balanced approach, you don't need to wait for directions, but know when buy-in is critical
- Experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product prioritisation including user interviews and data analysis
- You are customer-driven and think deeply about how UIs and workflows impact both the experience creator and their end-customer and how to design that for scale
- You are passionate about working across the full product lifecycle, from design to development, from research to implementation and managing growth
- You are process-oriented and always show meticulous attention to detail
- You are a team player who is compassionate, friendly and always seeks to empower others and learn from others
- You are organised, have excellent time management skills and know what key priorities you need to focus on
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Product Manager to work directly with the Engineering team and the wider business to build the future of Experience Commerce
- Gain a deep understanding of our creator needs, use cases and user personas and be able to prioritise capabilities that deliver the maximum return for our creators
- Own product initiatives and manage the end-to-end product development cycle from ideation through to delivery and launch
- Work closely with engineering, design, success, marketing and performance teams to regularly ship new experiments and features
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of product features and requests that is optimised for user needs, resources and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate across product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

Easol was founded in 2017 by husband and wife team Ben and Lisa Simpson with the intention of becoming the world's first all-in-one SaaS platform for experience commerce. The company aims to bring vital experience commerce tools all into one synchronised place.
Easol empowers entrepreneurs by removing the need to outsource their business to traditional e-commerce platforms, booking platforms or experience marketplaces such as Airbnb. This appeals directly to bosses looking to maintain full ownership of their business, and to streamline the labour-intensive and hands-on booking and tracking processes.
The company is taking advantage of the growing experience market, as more and more businesses are founded to provide the rising demand for unforgettable experiences. After a difficult few years, the experience market is set to boom, and Easol has enjoyed a $30 million funding round in 2024, which will be used to invest in their US presence off the back of opening a hub in New York.
