Lead Product Manager, Stash

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record building growth-oriented or engagement-focused features
• Experience designing and scaling product-driven growth loops, ideally in a B2C or mobile-first app
• Data fluency — confident interpreting behavioral metrics, experiment results, and user segmentation data
• Familiarity with the unique mindset of first-time investors — building trust, guiding action, and celebrating progress
• Ability to drive alignment and execution across design, engineering, and marketing functions
• A bias toward rapid testing, iteration, and learning from data
• Experience in consumer fintech, personal finance, investing, or education-driven products
