Role

Who you are

  • We’re seeking someone passionate, with a strong background in UA campaign management that can turn great mobile games into global hits
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in mobile gaming
  • Proven expertise in paid acquisition with a successful track record of implementing ROAS strategies
  • Familiarity with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads) and Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Appsflyer)
  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and processes
  • Experience in influencer marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative organic and viral tactics
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with an exceptional sense of accountability

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a talented and experienced UA Manager to drive user acquisition for the most promising F2P mobile game in the Web3 gaming space
  • You'll develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition campaigns and strategies for our games, navigating diverse mobile channels like Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads and more
  • You'll develop long-term UA strategies, aligning them with our overall marketing objectives and game development roadmap
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences and optimise acquisition channels
  • You'll analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for refining acquisition campaigns
  • You'll manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for all user acquisition efforts
  • You'll stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance UA tactics and stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape
  • You'll conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine and optimize creatives, messaging, and campaign performance
  • You'll work closely with the analytics team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of user acquisition campaigns
  • You'll foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and platforms to amplify UA efforts and reach a broader gaming audience
  • You’ll shape the creative landscape by developing briefs for new ad creatives and overseeing the production of engaging marketing material
  • You’ll manage relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication and reporting while spearheading UA campaigns for our games

Our take

Merging the worlds of decentralised marketplaces and gaming, Gameplay Galaxy is a company leveraging in-store purchases to create a Web3 ecosystem within immersive mobile games. Its first game, Trial Xtreme Freedom, is a Web3 sequel to the founders previous game Trial Xtreme - which achieved 250 million downloads worldwide.

Whilst blockchain and NFT purchases within games can be met with some criticism, Gameplay Galaxy leverages the new technology to enhance gameplay, providing players with the opportunity to be a part of Trial Xtreme Freedom’s evolution. Users can help create new race tracks and obstacles that can be played by other players, aiming to offer an ecosystem that develops with its user base.

The founders have a proven track record in the gaming industry, having previously co-founded Demedya (which was behind Trial Xtreme Freedom’s predecessor). The company’s user-first approach to building mobile games has helped it achieve substantial seed funding, which will accelerate the development of its debut product.
