Who you are

You have a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on events and community building ideally in a b2b role
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills
You have a creative and strategic mindset, always looking for innovative ways to engage with an audience
You are an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, managing budget, targets and reporting
You have experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot
You have experience and more importantly a curiosity and desire to learn more about how to deploy AI tools to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness
You have the right attitude and desire to want to learn more. This role is the first hire of its department, so there will be great opportunities to learn while doing, test and fail, and ultimately lead the strategy for an integral part of the marketing mix

What the job involves

ProFinda is looking for a Campaign & Community Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our event and community strategy, helping us engage with our target audience and build a strong brand presence
We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, creative, and passionate about building communities and delivering memorable experiences, both in-person and online
In-Person Events: Lead the strategy and execution of all in-person events. This includes everything from large industry conferences with Partners like SAP or Google Cloud, to intimate bespoke dinners for key prospects and opinion leaders. You'll manage the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and evaluation. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, reporting on progress, and communicating the impact of events in line with our marketing goals
Digital Events: Own our webinar series from start to finish. You'll host our own webinars and partner with key brands to deliver engaging content to our communities. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution, optimization, and managing all associated marketing materials, including social media posts, landing pages, HubSpot lead tracking, and email campaigns
Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute nurture campaigns for our pipeline, expanding by segment and enabling us to drive personalisation at scale
Partnership Marketing: Work with our key partners to identify and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness for ProFinda and generate new sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for managing these lead-generation opportunities and reporting on their success
Community Building Initiatives: Take ownership of our growing community lists on HubSpot and lead the evolution of community focused projects where we can foster genuine engagement and knowledge-sharing
