Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of stakeholder management, driving market share and revenue growth
  • You are proficient in all online marketing channels (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, Social Media, SEO)
  • You are comfortable with developing and implementing marketing strategies (incl. positioning, value prop, and copy)
  • You love to be analytical and you can utilize limited data to design, develop, and execute marketing initiatives to drive business impact
  • You are equally comfortable in being strategic and operational and driven to get things done in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a highly reliable business partner, passionate about your work, and always on the hunt for solutions and improvements
  • You have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly with various stakeholders and to drive alignment
  • Demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in fast paced environments, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with different stakeholders
  • Balancing strategic vision with operational execution, effectively bridging long-term goals with day-to-day activities
  • Employing a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging limited data sets to generate actionable insights and informed strategies

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced marketer to join us and drive our success in the International Market
  • As the B2P Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various marketing activities to grow our market share and revenue
  • This critical role requires strong collaboration across teams, a strategic mind, and a hands-on attitude
  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience, and product features and adequately convey your knowledge of the marketing strategy
  • Execute multichannel marketing campaigns for our key target groups with the support of our functional teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Creatives)
  • Own end-to-end project management: from planning to delivery, from evaluating performance results to documenting learnings and building best practices
  • Monitor, optimize & report on marketing efforts and their impact on the market goals

Our take

Becoming a doctor is undoubtedly challenging, but it is disheartening when the already demanding journey is further complicated by the intricate web of the medical education system. The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and sometimes lacks supportive examination boards.

AMBOSS was founded by doctors initially to help medical students overcome this mess but has now extended to become a knowledge platform for all types of medical professionals.

Today the company‘s products are used by more than a million healthcare professionals in over 180 countries. The strategy to extend their reach even further involves partnerships with major hospital groups like Helios.

The regularly upgraded knowledge base that the company has developed is an incredible growing asset. AMBOSS, however, will not rest on this and will continue to develop its smart learning technology to engage doctors even more deeply with their work.
