Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing and developing a team of sales representatives
- Familiarity with developing relationships in the Enterprise sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company
- A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets
- Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent
- Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Procore is seeking a passionate Director, Enterprise Sales to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on expanding our Enterprise business
- In this role, you’ll contribute to driving the expansion of Procore’s renowned SaaS sales organization and our mission of revolutionizing the multi-trillion dollar construction industry. You will cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support

- Based in London, UK, this position reports to the General Manager for Europe, and serves as a key member of the European Corporate Sales Management Team
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new Enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships to meet targets
- Manage diverse enterprise deals across market segments
- Lead the European Enterprise sales team and all related sales activities
- Build and retain a high-performing Enterprise sales team and manage performance
- Coordinate sales strategy and operations for the Enterprise segment in Europe
- Partner with marketing to drive revenue targets for the Enterprise segment
- Provide leadership to the Enterprise sales team, fostering accountability and high performance
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Enterprise revenue targets for Europe
