Who you are

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in sales, account management, or customer success, within the SaaS or enterprise software space
A strong understanding of the Capital landscape and how businesses in beauty, wellness, and fitness use capital solutions to succeed
Proven upselling and cross-selling experience, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive sales growth
A self-starter mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
Proficiency with Salesforce or other sales productivity tools
A team-oriented approach to ensure clients have the best possible experience from start to finish

Consult with clients to uncover business needs and propose tailored Merchant Services solutions, while upselling relevant products that align with their goals
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies for upselling, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities
Track your success through the sales pipeline, managing opportunities and maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce
Stay on top of trends by continuously learning about new Capital technologies, market dynamics, and competitor offerings, refining your sales approach
Contribute to the team by providing valuable insights and feedback to improve sales processes and generate fresh ideas for lead generation

For over a decade, Vagaro has been providing salons, spas, and fitness studios with a full suite of business management and payment processing tools, including payroll, payments, bookings, and marketing. Hitting Unicorn status back in late 2021, there has been surprisingly little fanfare around the company, which crept up on the market to secure an international footprint across the UK, US, Australian, and Canadian markets
