Role

Who you are

  • You’re exactly the person we are looking for if you can pick up the phone yourself: if there aren’t enough leads, you can get it done
  • 4+ years of experience as an (Enterprise) Account Executive doing B2B/SaaS sales (a quota carrying role)
  • Your are goal oriented and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets closing for Enterprise deals (100k+ ACVs)
  • You've worked in at least one high growth/strong sales environment so that you can hit the ground running in our sales environment
  • You have experience in a complex selling and understand the buying processes of Enterprise companies
  • You do whatever it takes to get hold of our relevant accounts
  • You can communicate effectively with and pitch to different personas (C-Level, Executives, HR, Finance, IT etc.)
  • You’re enthusiastic about the topics of mental health, HR/People management, New Work and want to utilize it for a company with a purpose selling a product that you can relate to
  • As you will be interacting with clients in the DACH region, speaking German at native or near native level is required as well as fluency in English as this is our company language
  • You have a growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for your own development

  • Play a vital role in building THE platform for mental wellbeing in the workplace
  • We are seeking a driven and experienced (Senior) Account Executive to join our team
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring Enterprise accounts in the DACH region
  • You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and initiatives that drive demand and increase sales
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring Enterprise accounts in the DACH region
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach (you are happy to pick up the phone yourself), going to fairs & events and managing inbound prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations - you are happy to travel to the stakeholders if needed
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process

Our take

Employee mental health and well-being are increasingly being spotlighted, as employers realise that it's both financially and socially responsible for them to take an active role in supporting their employees. Nilo.health helps them do this with its mental health platform, providing therapists and digital content all in one place.

Providing a comprehensive platform is how the company stands out in the space. But this does also present a challenge, as each facet of its solution much be competitive against more niche rivals. That said, Nilo.health is off to a promising start, securing funds to help expand its offering and footprint.

The company has also announced a merger with Likeminded, a fellow employee mental health platform. Although there are limited details about how exactly this merger will take shape, the combined business will serve around 500 clients in Europe - securing a position as the market leader for corporate mental health support in the region.
