What the job involves
- As a Sales Executive at Elder, you will be dealing directly with families that are inquiring about our service
- You will be digging deep to empathetically understand their situation and then using those details to intelligently present Elder as a proposition that fits their requirements, only ‘if’ it fits their requirements
- Consulting inbound customers through their decision-making process
- Managing a large pipeline of customers at differing stages in their purchasing journey
- Maintaining data integrity using Salesforce.com

Elderly care has traditionally been delivered in residential care homes, which require people to be taken out of their own homes and moved into an unusual environment. Elder is introducing a technology-driven solution to a previously undisturbed market. It believes that getting older shouldn’t mean giving up choice and independence – even when you need care.
