Role
Who you are
- Sales Experience: 3 years + in software or related services, including experience in complex sales processes and closing deals. A track record of high performance in your current and previous sales roles
- Pipeline Management: Strong expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and C-level teams
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Team player with the ability to work closely with internal teams such as growth management, product, legal, and marketing
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy problem-solving
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Gong
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
What the job involves
- Join our Solution Sales Manager team at Personio and be part of something greater—not just for yourself, but for your teammates and your customers
- As a Solution Sales Manager focused on cross-selling to our existing customers, you'll deliver top-tier sales consultations, leveraging your expertise to boost customer growth by expanding their use of Personio applications
- Drive growth by expanding existing accounts and developing strategies to effectively cross-sell additional Personio applications
- Own the entire sales process—from spotting opportunities and qualifying leads to delivering compelling demos and negotiating successful deals
- Be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for specific Personio applications, guiding customers to unlock their full potential
- Shape Personio Products by providing valuable feedback to the product team to enhance our applications based on real customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing to refine our narratives and ensure our solutions resonate with customers
- Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to seamlessly integrate additional Personio applications into the customer’s current HR and IT systems
