Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in online media sales

What the job involves
- The Mid-Market international team is responsible for building the international ads engine outside of the US, onboarding & growing advertisers to achieve their marketing objectives with proven solutions and at pace globally
- Our team is growing and we are now looking to hire a Client Partner in London to help advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit advertising platform
- As a member of our growing sales team, you will be a critical part of shaping our strategy and product roadmap
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both directly with clients, and agencies
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
- Leverage client direct, and agency relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
- Deep understanding of sales forecasting, input metrics and sales hygiene
- Collaborate with Reddit’s media planning and ad operations team to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals
- Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap, for mobile and in general, by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist at industry events
- Consulting with clients to provide a user experience that delights Reddit’s audience

There are more than 100,000 communities on Reddit, covering everything, from food, entertainment, sports, and books, to more niche topics that cater for very specific audiences.
The simple platform is used by more than 52 million people a day and attracts over 50 billion monthly views. While these are impressive numbers, they do pale in comparison with social media giants Facebook and Twitter, however, Reddit distinguishes itself by providing easy-to-find communities for a truly endless range of topics.
Reddit makes money through advertising as well as offering a premium ad-free membership plan. The company has enjoyed continuous user & revenue growth, acquisitions by Conde Nast in 2006 and Advance in 2011, and plans to launch an IPO bid in 2024.
