Account Executive, Carrot Fertility

• We’re seeking an individual who thrives in competitive settings, excels at understanding complex products and industries, and is skilled at communicating effectively with diverse teams and clients
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling into mid to large enterprises in the employer health benefits space
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
• Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits
• Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Act as a partner to Carrot’s product team and the voice of the market to help inform product priorities
• Learn Carrot’s unique value proposition and convincingly communicate Carrot’s strengths
• Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately
• Hit and exceed annual revenue targets
