Who you are

You have an experience in product teams focused on product growth and scaling (SaaS).
You have analytical skills with ability to deeply analyze data, understand growth metrics, and utilize analytical tools
You have experience in A/B testing, understanding of testing methodologies and ability to interpret results for decision-making
You are creative and innovative person. You can generate new ideas and solutions for improving the product and increasing its appeal to users

What the job involves

Collect and analyze product data and business metrics to understand user behavior and identify key growth opportunities
Conduct experiments to test hypotheses aimed at improving the product and increasing user engagement
Make changes to the product to enhance user experience, improve onboarding and increase activation and conversion rates
Develop and implement different strategies aimed to decrease churn rate and for attracting new users and retaining existing ones
Work closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, product development, and analytics teams
