- Strong communicator: Ability to convey insights clearly through written and verbal communication, including presentations and reports

- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, as well as Salesforce, Monday, and Jira
- Customer Focused: Confident with navigating complex client conversations
- Curious & eager to learn: Excited to continue growing a career in programmatic advertising, data analysis, and client management
- 3-5 years of experience working with Digital Publishers with a focus on programmatic monetization
- Experience with software like Salesforce, Monday, JIRA, and Looker is preferred but not required
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to grow in the programmatic ad space
What the job involves
- Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic Ads Supply team
- This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programmatic advertising while working with top Digital Publishing brands
- As part of a team managing a diverse portfolio, you’ll handle client requests, reporting, and data analysis
- You’ll also contribute to ad management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results
- Data Analysis & Insights: Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop custom reports based on client needs
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and spearhead client communications. Strong sense of ownership over client relationships and performance
- Project Management: Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of troubleshooting and expansion tasks
- Presentation & Strategy Support: Create data-driven presentations and reports to optimize client strategies
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other internal stakeholders to support initiatives, troubleshoot campaign issues, and drive outcomes
