Who you are

You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for translating user needs into intuitive designs
You have 3+ years of experience in technical design, UX/UI design, or a related role, ideally working on SaaS or enterprise products
You have a proven ability to map complex user flows and simplify them into intuitive designs
Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively across teams
Proficiency in design tools and an understanding of technical constraints in a development environment
A portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centric solutions and deliver measurable impact on product usability
You are experienced in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements

What the job involves

As a Technical Designer on the Luminai team, your mission will be to craft seamless user experiences for a new product by mapping user flows, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
You’ll be responsible for delivering user-centered designs that enhance product functionality and elevate customer experiences
Map and optimize user flows: Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and design end-to-end user flows that improve efficiency and usability within the first 3 months
Conduct user research: Lead user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to gather actionable insights. Synthesize findings into impactful design recommendations to influence product development
Collaborate on design execution: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to translate user requirements into clear, actionable designs that align with business goals
Communicate and iterate: Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to ensure alignment and successful implementation
