Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone with 5+ years experience managing a 360 sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management and delivering a thorough end-to-end sales process
- You have a proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business revenue
- You have experience with outbound sales, from researching accounts & identifying key contacts to building targeted messaging & closing deals
Desirable
- Prior experience selling to HR/People leaders, or to Talent Acquisition teams
- Prior experience selling contract values of £30,000+ with 3+ month sales cycles
What the job involves
- You will work closely with Jack (Commercial Director) and other internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps), providing feedback based on client interactions to help us to refine our offering and improve customer satisfaction
- As a senior member of the team, you will set the standard by consistently demonstrating best practices in prospecting, pipeline management, closing deals and role modelling our values
- Manage and own the complete sales cycle, for companies over 500 people
- Running client presentations and product demos virtually and F2F, being able to utilise client stories, demonstrate value of our platform and show credibility through positively challenging the customer's perspective
- You’ll test and iterate on ideas to flush out a high quality pipeline, and improve the efficiency of the Sales team - while ensuring we anticipate, manage and influence companies that aren’t ready to commit

- Mock sales meeting with an AE in the Sales team, to test your core sales skills, including a follow-up written assignment (45 mins)
- Skills interview with Jack (Commercial Director) & Patrick (Sales Lead) to discuss your approach to certain scenarios, specific to Welcome to the Jungle and the role, and your working style (60 mins)
- Values interview with Caroline (Country Manager) to discuss what you might bring to the role, how you might embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
