Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies
- Basic understanding of audio technologies and products is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus
What the job involves
- 12 month placement
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineering Intern to join our Product team
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software and hardware testing for our audio products
- As a QA Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our engineers to ensure the highest quality standards are met across our product range
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for audio products, including hardware and software components
- Conduct functional, performance, and regression testing on audio devices to identify defects and ensure product reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to communicate testing results and support product improvements
- Help maintain and update documentation related to testing processes, procedures, and results
- Participate in meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding quality initiatives and improvements
- Learn and apply best practices for QA methodologies, tools, and techniques in an audio manufacturing environment
