Who you are
- Knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle practices

- We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join the People Team at Snap Inc! This role will be based in our Santa Monica office
- Support People Operations programs and projects including onboarding, performance and promotion cycles, communications and team member support
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency, consistency, and employee experience of People programs
- Maintain accurate employee and program data in Workday and related systems in partnership with HRIS
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports, including headcount, new hires, promotions, and departures
- Respond to operational inquiries, provide routine guidance, and route matters to the appropriate People partner, as needed
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and follow applicable People processes and compliance guidance
- Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows and increase efficiency in People Operations processes
- Support change communications and adoption activities for new or updated People programs
