Role
Who you are
- Senior level product designer, demonstrated through a portfolio that shows complex, high-impact projects for B2B companies
- Proven experience designing products for the financial sector. This can include: enterprise-grade banking, financial operations tools, currency exchange products, or similar
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, leveraging your knowledge of both product and technical concepts
- Proven ability to autonomously define and execute research plans to reduce risk in highly ambiguous contexts, without relying on a dedicated User Experience Research team
- Fluency in English at a professional level, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively within our team and with stakeholders
- ⚡ Tool Ninja – Proficiency with interface design software (we currently use Figma and Design Tokens Studio)
- ⚡ Curious mind – You have a genuine desire to learn and fully understand the products you are working on
