What the job involves
- Are you looking to play a key role in GCOO Supplier Management supporting the team to achieve Best in Class Supplier Management?
- As a Personal Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the Director and her leadership team, interacting with internal & external stakeholders of all levels
- You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the community and get involved in charity work across the office
- HOURS : Full Time
- GCOO Supplier Management sits within Group Sourcing & Supplier Management who collaborate with the business areas to deliver innovative, competitive and sustainable risk assured solutions to ensure resilient and secure internal and external supply chains
- Director Only:
- Inbox Management : Prioritise requests to ensure a timely response & completion of key actions
- Meeting Preparation : Ensure meeting packs are ready, source & create required materials
- Scotland Workplace : Support the Director in her role as the Scotland Community Lead by organising and attending events, coordinating gatherings and promoting materials
- Director & Leadership Team:
- Diary Management : Ensure all meetings are driving value and organise the diaries to accommodate requests
- Travel Arrangement : Ensure all travel is booked for trips in line with LBG policies
- Perform HR Activities : Record holidays, support recruitment and onboarding across the team
- Site Activities:
- Be a key contact in the office for any site related requests
- Encourage team collaboration by planning & hosting fundraising events
