QA Lead, Exasol

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 2 years demonstrating leadership capabilities
• A strong command of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships across teams
• A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with performance testing and security testing to ensure a robust product
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and Linux
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
• A sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all QA activities
• The ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities
• The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and readily adapt to evolving project needs
