Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the cybersecurity space
- 5+ years of experience in a technical solutions architect role, preferably in the cybersecurity or hyperautomation industry
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity, automation, and related technologies
- Proven experience in developing and managing technical partnerships
- Hands-on experience with scripting and development
- Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Data Security, and Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a big plus
What the job involves
- The Technical Alliance Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in developing and managing technical partnerships with key technology providers
- This position involves working closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to design and implement integrated solutions that leverage our cybersecurity and hyperautomation capabilities
- Technical Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic technical alliances with key technology partners
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions that integrate our hyperautomation and cybersecurity products
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design and architect integrated solutions that meet the needs of customers and partners
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to partners on best practices for integrating our solutions
- Technical Enablement:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our products and solutions
- Create technical documentation, including solution blueprints, integration guides, best practice documents, and joint solution briefs
- Customer Engagement:
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to engage with customers and understand their technical requirements
- Present and demonstrate our integrated solutions to customers, addressing their technical concerns and requirements
- Product Feedback and Innovation:
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to identify areas for product improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for technical alliances
- Analyze market needs and provide insights to support business development strategies

Torq is transforming cybersecurity with its AI-driven platform that automates and speeds up the way companies handle incidents. Its main product, Torq HyperSOC, uses AI to manage security alerts, investigate threats, and take action much faster than humans alone, helping security teams avoid burnout.
The platform is gaining attention from large enterprises like Check Point, Rivian, and Wiz for its ability to fix the gap left by older security systems. Overall, by automating critical processes, Torq makes security operations more efficient and effective.
Since its launch in 2020, the company has raised funding totalling almost $200 million. Its latest raise will be used to expand globally and enhance its AI capabilities. As its customer base and revenue rapidly grow, Torq is on track to hit its ambitious goal of $100M in annual recurring revenue by 2026.
