What the job involves
- Clumio is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager
- You will have the unique opportunity to wear many hats and make a significant impact on day-to-day business operations
- You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
- You should possess an innate desire to tinker and learn, while being able to provide best-in-class support
- You must like taking matters in your own hands but also know how to work well with a team. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources
- Provide administrative support to members of the executive team (specifically the CRO, CEO, and CTO), including heavy calendaring, coordination of schedules, travel management, and expense reporting
- Oversee key aspects of facilities management including general office appearance, meal program and stocking of kitchen, security and badge management, associated vendor management
- Cultivate and nurture corporate programs and events, promoting a positive and energetic office atmosphere
- Organize HQ office events including weekly socials, monthly events, annual summer picnic and holiday party
- Partner with HR and IT on employee onboarding and birthday/anniversary programs
- Recruiting coordination for a limited number of positions including managing and maintaining the applicant tracking system, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and creating an overall positive candidate experience
- This position will require you to be on-site Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and administrative support may be required outside of regular business hours
