- Understand both SMB & Enterprise selling process for complex sales, methodology, and enablement for portfolio/platform offerings

What the job involves
- Partner with Invicti Executive leadership to understand objectives and ensure sales practices align
- Build expertise on Invicti products in collaboration with sales engineering and product marketing to define effective enablement methodology, content templates, and programs
- Participate in new hire interviews to access skills, knowledge and "sales readiness" to help sales managers evaluate candidate potential
- Develop a new hire onboarding program to onboard and train new reps
- Partner with Product Management to keep customer-facing roles informed of product updates, feature releases, competitive changes, and positioning
- Deliver training (workshops, roundtables, 1:1 and group communications) using engaging and effective methods, including role-play; Train both in-person as well remotely to teams of all sizes and experience levels
- Manage the development of all learning content for Sales and Success training curriculum, including identifying and leveraging outside agencies or contractors where needed
- Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity and partner with the Sales Operations team to trial and implement new technologies
- Leverage sales data and KPI’s to partner with sales management to identify sales professionals struggling or at-risk with meeting their goals

Since its buyout by the alternative investment fund, Invicti has risen further in prominence and visibility by becoming available on the Amazon Web Services Marketplace. This move has streamlined Invicti customer purchases and allowed for even easier deployment of the “zero noise” web security services on the cloud. Put simply, Invicti’s availability on AWS has helped it reach an even larger customer base than its already 700-strong company users, boding well for its future growth.
