Senior Product Manager, Steno

• We’re looking for a technically adept product leader to own and shape our entire client-facing experience, including Transcript Genius as a key generative AI tool for our clients.

• You have a strong technical foundation, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineers while also advocating for user needs and business outcomes

• Exceptional communication skills are a must, along with a hospitality mindset that enables you to lead with empathy, operate under pressure, and create seamless, intuitive experiences for our clients
• You have 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years managing full product lifecycles from vision to optimization, preferably with AI, SaaS, or legal tech products
• Strong technical acumen—able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand AI/ML capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (squad leadership) to drive complex product initiatives
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of clarifying ambiguous situations
• Strong UX and design intuition, ensuring seamless client experiences
