Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing within the Web3 or crypto space
- Deep understanding of trading, crypto culture, trends, and user behavior
- Experience developing growth strategies specifically for DEXs or crypto exchanges
- Proven track record of driving user growth through measurable strategies
- Experience building and scaling growth loops and acquisition funnels
- Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns aligned with product goals
- Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies
- Understanding of Web3 user behavior and experience onboarding both crypto-native and new-to-crypto audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- As the Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving the full user growth lifecycle for Helix, from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention. Your mission will be to convert brand awareness into product usage and expand our reach to new audiences
- You’ll be part of our Marketing Team, working closely with Product and Business Development teams to craft and execute growth strategies that promote our cutting-edge blockchain products
- Lead growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement
- Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, and retention
- Work closely with the Product team to understand and clearly communicate the product’s value proposition
- Conduct market research to position our products effectively, working closely with Product, and Business Development teams
- Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans
- Work cross-functionally with the Product team to identify and track key growth KPIs
- Build onboarding flows, email drips, and in-app campaigns to improve activation and retention
- Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning
- Engage with crypto communities to increase awareness and product adoption
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify whitespace and strategic growth opportunities
- Translate growth insights into actionable roadmaps and priorities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Our take
Financial institutions are increasingly turning to the potential of decentralized finance, using blockchain technology similar to that of cryptocurrency. However, development in that area is time consuming and prohibitively expensive. Injective aims to bring traditional finance institutions together with the decentralized finance ecosystem by providing an optimized blockchain and numerous modules to support decentralized app development.
Although cryptocurrency and blockchain-related firms are struggling against strong economic headwinds, Injective remains bullish about the future of decentralized finance in the Web3.0 sector. Centralized exchanges are likely to remain vulnerable to liquidity and stability issues and so users will look for infrastructure and tools that will allow them to have access to their finances at all times.
Injective also has substantial funding that it is using to develop new toolkits and upgrades for the Injective ecosystem, as well as to support developers on the platform. It is also investing in software engineering talent as well as marketing to promote community growth. These advancements for the company position it well to lead the charge in decentralized finance and drive innovation within the web 3.0 space, making tits future a one of excitement.
