At PhysicsX, I have the privilege of collaborating with engineers and scientists who are pioneers in their respective fields, spanning aeronautics, chemical engineering, and many other disciplines. In my role, I empower our clients to leverage groundbreaking AI methodologies and toolchains, revolutionising their work, and reshaping the products and processes they develop. Aligned with our tagline, "Equations for a better world," my work at PhysicsX doesn't just push the boundaries of innovation; it has a tangibly positive impact on society and the environment. This aligns with my personal aspiration to make a meaningful and positive difference through my work.

My colleagues are as inspirational to me as our mission, and embody what makes PhysicsX a special place to work. Having been one of the first 15 employees, I've been fortunate to witness the team more than triple in size while maintaining an exceptionally high caliber. Collaboration, inquisitiveness, and integrity are cornerstones of our culture, with a collective responsibility to nurture and maintain these values as we grow. From day one, the ideas and concerns of all team members, regardless of their seniority, are heard and valued. My experience of leading a project and contributing to business development within my first two months is a prime example of the rapid empowerment and trust we place in individuals. The depth of technical knowledge our clients possess in their domains, while initially daunting, has proven to be a rich source of learning, and an opportunity to engage in insightful conversations to identify how PhysicsX's approaches can help achieve their goals. Similarly, within PhysicsX, I'm surrounded by many of the smartest people I've ever had the privilege of working with - I learn even more from them than our clients. The empowerment and trust placed in me consistently stretches my capabilities, yet the collaborative culture ensures that I'm never facing these challenges alone.
