• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, graduating Summer 2026 or within the following year

Desirable

• We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist Intern. In summary, you’ll work closely with the Information Technology team as a whole, help expand our HQ presence by providing IT support on-site and using remote tools as necessary amongst different buildings within HQ
• Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Chat Software, Email, etc)
• Assist in building and documenting standards and IT policies across the company
• Support Lifecycle in the Onboarding/Offboarding of Figure employees
• Maintain inventory of equipment and other IT assets and ensure compliance standards are followed
• Support common IT services: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, security hardware, etc…
• Maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Be an advocate of knowledge sharing across IT
• Provide AV Operational support in our conference room spaces and phone booths
• Provide event related support in conference rooms and large meeting rooms spaces
• Maintenance and upkeep of printer related requests
