• Proven experience in a customer support role, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
• Proficiency with Zoho suite of products, including Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Jira
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members using data-driven techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Proven experience in developing and implementing support processes and knowledge bases, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated customer issues effectively using data insights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
