Who you are
- A passion for talent acquisition with a strong interest in the tech industry
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or employer branding (e.g., through internships or university projects) is a plus
- You're currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal

- How You’ll Make an Impact:
- You'll contribute to building a strong and diverse talent pipeline by engaging with top talent through active sourcing
- You’ll enhance candidate experience by seamlessly scheduling interviews communicating with candidates
- By collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in aligning recruitment strategies with business needs
- By assisting with employer branding initiatives, events, and outreach activities, you'll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Your contributions to recruitment projects, will help optimise processes and improve the overall hiring journey

Rising electricity prices and increasing demand have led to renewable energy adoption to rapidly become mainstream, however obtaining a home solar power system can be complicated, time-consuming, and expensive. With a mission to bring affordable green energy to everyone, Enpal provides homeowners with an all-in-one solar solution that is both easy and affordable.
The company rents out solar power systems, saving customers from paying high acquisition costs and instead paying a flat monthly rental fee for their customised solar solution that covers all costs (including planning, installation, maintenance, and more), and includes a green electricity tariff.
The company's debt funding in 2024 added more power to an already highly impressive valuation of $2.35 billion and will help it continue on its rapid growth trajectory. As one of the fastest-growing green-tech companies in the world, Enpal also holds the status of becoming Germany’s first renewable energy unicorn company as more people across Europe make the change to renewable energy.
