Who you are
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or account management, with proven experience working with managed service providers (MSPs)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics

What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager for our Managed Service Provider channel of business
- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for onboarding partners and nurturing relationships with small businesses that purchase and use Aura's product
- You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring our partners are fully supported and enabled to successfully utilize Aura's comprehensive suite of digital safety products
- Develop, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships and strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of MSP partners
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Aura's product catalog and how our solutions protect their clients
- Provide training and enablement to MSP partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively implement and manage Aura's products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product and engineering, to develop and execute strategies aimed at achieving business growth and client retention targets
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and recent events to ensure you are a trusted resource for our partners
Our take
Aura provides digital security solutions at both individual and enterprise level. An amalgamation of five businesses (including Intersections Inc, an identity theft solutions provider established in 1996) Aura brings together decades of experience in the security space.
Aura offers a range of plans to help businesses and consumers keep their data safe, with protection from identity theft, online financial theft and protection of technology and devices. It's a competitive space, with rivals including IDShield and IdentityForce. However Aura's combined experience in the field and the constantly increasing online security threats (for instance, catfishing - a scam where the perpetrator adopts a fictional persona to obtain personal information , financial gain or to lure someone into a relationship has doubled in frequency in the last 5 years) means there has proved to be plenty of room for the company to carve out space for itself in the market.
Aura's acquisition of the Pango Group in 2020 has proved to be profitable for the company, giving it access to more digital security verticals and helping to generate 35% year on year growth. It is continuing to scale the business, hiring more talent to make this a possibility.
