Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of Product Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally including high-growth startup environments
- 4+ years of people management experience—small teams OK
- A passion for storytelling and positioning in a vertical SaaS context, preferably with experience in complex or regulated industries
- Experience with multi-persona and multi-segment GTM motions (e.g. mid-market and enterprise)
- Strong track record of building messaging frameworks and enabling GTM teams to hit their numbers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re a trusted partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, and leadership
- Confidence in presenting, training, and influencing at all levels of the organization—as well as externally
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a results-driven Director of Product Marketing to join our growing Marketing team and lead the PMM function
- You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping how Wrapbook positions its financial solutions to the Film & TV production industry
- You will lead a small team to develop compelling go-to-market narratives, drive wins through comprehensive enablement programs, and ensure airtight alignment between Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling Product Marketing functions at high-growth B2B SaaS companies—especially those with complex buying motions across multiple personas
- You should be highly skilled in developing differentiated positioning / messaging, enabling Sales, and translating customer insights into impactful GTM strategy
- You’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking strategically, providing direction, and rolling up your sleeves to execute
- At Wrapbook, we believe Product Marketing is core to driving both new business and long-term customer value, through internal enablement and external messaging
- The Director role will own feature adoption and attachment metrics, in addition to being our top enablement driver
- Top candidates for this role will have deep customer empathy, excellent storytelling skills, and a knack for simplifying complex products into clear, compelling value propositions
- Your ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business impact will be crucial to our success
- Drive successful product launches and feature releases in partnership with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams
- Develop and own Wrapbook’s core product messaging and positioning, ensuring competitive differentiation, consistency, and clarity across all channels
- Develop enablement assets for internal teams—battlecards, pitch decks, one sheets, training resources, and customer stories
- Conduct customer and market research to inform Product and GTM strategies
- Analyze competitive trends and work with Product and Brand Creative to craft a winning narrative
- Collaborate with Sales on pricing, packaging, and segmentation initiatives
- Manage and mentor a small but high-performing team of Product Marketers
- Tech stack: Salesforce; Figma; Notion; Navattic; user research platforms; BI and product analytics tools

Wrapbook's app helps cast and crew complete onboarding, submit timecards and track payments. It offers touch and face ID and helps users track various filings as they pass through the system.
