Role
Who you are
- 3+ years Business Analyst experience
- 3+ years in a customer facing role
- 3+ years of experience with Google Sheets (or Excel)
- Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, or equivalent, and relevant working experience
- Highly collaborative and self-confident with the ability to problem solve and raise issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technology skills; able to learn and adopt new technology
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and get things done in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Google Slides
What the job involves
- As a Business Analyst in WSP Operations, you will interact with our customers directly to answer program questions, receive feedback, tackle technology issues and more
- You'll collaborate with a team of analysts across the US and Europe to support operational aspects of Workday Success Plans and other internal programs
- Best of all, you will use your organization skills and attention to detail to greatly improve customer experience! More specifically you can expect to:
- Lead operations of multiple programs, including customer onboarding, offboarding and other program management duties as needed
- Analyze data and build reports in Salesforce, Workday, Google Sheets and more to support custom operational processes
- Provide customers, consultants, and Success Leads timely support on questions, feedback & technology
- Build working relations with multiple internal teams such as WSP Delivery, WSP Program Management, Workday Education, and CX Field Systems
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process or system improvements
