- 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or MarTech
- You’re fluent in technical discussions—even if you’re not a former engineer (bonus points if you are)
- You embed customer insights into every step of the product process
- You think big and move fast, delivering results with unmatched velocity and precision
What the job involves
- You gather customer feedback through interviews and prototypes, ensuring every decision is rooted in their needs
- You dig into metrics to uncover trends, validate ideas, and measure success with tools like Mixpanel
- You plan the next three months with clarity, explore what’s next, and always have a backup plan
- Our PRDs are clear, visual, and detailed, giving engineers everything they need to succeed
- Understand how software is designed to be scalable, while effectively managing trade-offs. Partner with engineering to ensure product decisions are both innovative and feasible
- Take products from zero to one, crafting strategies for smooth, impactful launches that stick the landing
- Lead customer discovery—interview, prototype, and embed insights into everything we build
- Partner with design and engineering to craft clear, visual PRDs that make execution seamless
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, marketing, and partnerships to keep everyone moving in sync
- Build tools marketers love, simplifying their ecosystems and driving their success

GrowthLoop’s no-code data interface allows enterprises to unlock first-party customer data stored in their own warehouses and quickly create target customer segments for more impactful marketing, advertising, and sales.
One of the major challenges for companies these days is to effectively activate the data they gather. Thus, a solution like GrowthLoop’s has the potential to turn data warehouses into growth engines without having to use external Customer Data Platforms.
The company, which until 2022 was built without any capital investment, has an impressive client list which includes Google Cloud, Indeed, NASCAR and the Boston Red Sox. Funds raised in 2022 allowed GrowthLoop to expand its services and invest in new features for the platform - such as a first-of-its-kind AI audience builder, a GenAI Marketing solution in partnership with Google Cloud and Typeface and a cross-channel journey builder for the data cloud.
